We had a fantastic stay at The Iron Seahorse in Surf City! The home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware we could ask for, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for our family. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we really appreciated that our dog was welcome too. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families and pet owners!

It was our first time staying at this condo. The condo was brand new and spotless! We had everything we needed. The host was very helpful answering a few questions we had. Carolina Getaway even saw the batteries on the keypad for the door needed replaced and sent some right over so we wouldn’t have a problem accessing the condo. We would stay there again!

Pleased at how well the kitchen was equipped.

The Home was lovely and a great location to the Beach and Pier. It was a 1 minute walk and our feet were in the sand. The home had beach chairs to use during our stay. Beautiful views of the Ocean. Manager was easy to reach and stayed in contact. Home has comfortable mattresses. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed our time at this house. Location is great to walking to the inlet and beach, restaurants and coffee shop. Clean and updated home. We had a perfect vacation at this house. Definitely would rent again if in Wilmington!

We enjoyed this stay in Carolina Beach. The building is newly remolded and modern. It is in a great location if you want to take a 4x4 onto Freeman Park. The pool was very nice and clean.
The only negative we had was beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
Overall, a great place and week at the beach!

We had a great stay! They are doing a nice job renovating these villas. Love that it was on a quieter end of the beach but still had access to a tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool and hot tub. Great place for kids and felt very safe and not over crowded. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back.

We loved it. Everything was clean and new Good storage below and parking for Beach stuff that you can lock up.The pool was very nice. We just enjoyed everything about it.

Nice place but a little confusing. No stairs in from upstairs to downstairs. Streaming TV only (not a big problem) but signal wasn’t great! Pool was great. Well stocked kitchen. Downstairs rooms need updating. Needs some shade. Check out Freddie’s and Britt’s Donuts for sure.

My family of five stayed in this condo, and it was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and appeared brand new. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the new pool had just officially opened during our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic location! Loved the pool and hot tub along with the short walk to the beach. The back porches were wonderful to hang out. We have larger cars and could not park in the garage, but never struggled with street parking. Management company was very responsive and even helped us get a working coffee maker asap. The bedrooms upstairs did have very firm beds we were not fond of and transom windows without any covering that made for a very bright room in the mornings. Not ideal for sleeping in while on vacation. Not a fan of the carpet upstairs, but again that’s a personal preference. Loved all the hooks in the bathrooms!! Also, having two fridges was nice.

Location and unit were perfect for our family of 4. We parked the car and used our bikes to get around. The private beach access was fantastic and the beach was not at all crowded given the distance from the boardwalk. Beds were comfortable - extra blankets were lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was great. The house was lovely and accomodated our family of 10 very well! Will definately stay again ❤️ and the host was quick to respond and checked on us!

Just remodeled. Space was was super clean! Very responsive to our request for ice maker service Even provided
2 bags of ice to hold us over if repairs needed. View was excellant! We will use again

My family had a wonderful stay here for our family beach vacation. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The walk to the beach was about one block - very accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

My family and I had a great Memorial Day weekend! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach. Their were a few restaurants and shops very close. The weather wasn’t as warm as we had expected so having the heated pool was a major plus for us to still enjoy the outdoors. Thank you!

Very much enjoyed this property and would stay again. Had a few notes on upkeep to share with the property managers, and they were very receptive to feedback. Pool is great and well maintained. Fenced and gated, which is great for keeping kids safe. Cannot beat the location! Easy private walk to the beach. Good beach chairs provided - saved us money on rentals. Wished there was a shaded area on the deck - we brought a tailgate tent with us, so we set that up for some shaded seating with a view of the ocean. There is a nice ground-level seating area, but you can't see the ocean from that level (pool fence blocks the view).
