*Parking is limited to two standard-sized vehicles (car or truck). Oversized vehicles such as large SUVs or extended pickup trucks may take up the space of two spots, and in those cases, a second vehicle must be compact in size (e.g., Prius or similar).

The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach/pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here are a few things to bring:

Pool heater operational when average air temperatures reach around 55-60 degrees.
Typically maintains water temperatures at 80-85 degrees from April to October, depending on air temperatures.

Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
