  • Is Booking Online Secure?

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  • Can I bring my pet with me?

    We offer several homes, some of which allow dogs only and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows dogs. Or you can call our office or send us a request and we would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your dog(s).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations more than 60 days before your check in date will be refunded, minus the processing fee. Any cancellations within 60 days of your check in date will not receive a refund. We strongly suggest all renters purchase the CSA or Rental Guardian trip insurance. Some even offer cancellation refunds for “any reason”.

  • What happens if there is a storm or weather-related emergency?

    We do not issue refunds in hurricane or storm related closures or damages. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing trip or cancellation insurance through a third party who may issue refunds for snow storms, hurricanes, tropical storms, other severe weather etc.. There are other policies these companies also sell which will allow you to cancel for any reason or even no reason at all.

  • What should I bring?

    We suggest bringing paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, bar soap, shampoo, laundry detergent (if your unit has a washer/dryer), hair dryers, food wrap, seasonings, board games, books, sun screen, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, personal items, etc. Some units may have a few of these items, but it is not guaranteed. Kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, and small appliances are provided according to the homeowner’s discretion.

  • Do you provide linens?

    Linens and towels are sometimes included in the cleaning fee usually during peak seasons. Please check with a reservationist to see if they are included or if you’d like to rent them if they are not.

  • Can I check in early?

    As a general rule, we do not allow late check outs or early check ins. This allows our cleaners the time they need to do a thorough job, as well as our maintenance team to address any issues. If no one is checking out the morning of your check in date, we can provide an early check in usually as early as noon for an additional fee. Please check with a reservationist about this possibility.

  • What is your payment policy?

    25% is due at time of reservation, the remainder is due 60 days before your reservation date. If your check in date is less than 60 days from the time you make your reservation, the full payment is due at booking. I
