*Please note: Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located in a separate bottom-level unit with its own private entrance. The lower unit is completely separated from the main and upper levels of the home and includes a king bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed.

After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: *Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!*** *(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). *We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. *ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). *Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. *We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
