Very much enjoyed this property and would stay again. Had a few notes on upkeep to share with the property managers, and they were very receptive to feedback. Pool is great and well maintained. Fenced and gated, which is great for keeping kids safe. Cannot beat the location! Easy private walk to the beach. Good beach chairs provided - saved us money on rentals. Wished there was a shaded area on the deck - we brought a tailgate tent with us, so we set that up for some shaded seating with a view of the ocean. There is a nice ground-level seating area, but you can't see the ocean from that level (pool fence blocks the view).

The unit has everything you need for a great vacation. It was clean and I was very impressed with the response time of the property manager for any questions we had. The house is equipped with all the things you may have forgotten including beach chairs or extra kitchen items. It’s a great location, close to the pier and store. We will be back!
Great place and location. Front door sticks when opening. The master bedroom bathroom door would not close all the way. We overcame the few items and had a great time and slept and relaxed very well.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made our trip even more relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the space was surprisingly roomy—perfect for spreading out and unwinding. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking appliances you could need! We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

For the price of the stay, it fell a bit short. The HVAC wasn't working on the main level, they did not have enough basic supplies, and the cleanliness was not 100%. Great location, but they could try a little harder.

A girls trip, and we hadn’t all been together in five years. The perfect spot, and three and a half baths came in very handy! Extremely helpful having an elevator for the luggage also. Loved sitting out on the porches, not to mention how close we were to the beach. A fantastic place for reconnecting, laughing and sharing old stories. I would definitely recommend the house.

Beautiful ocean front home with plenty of space for our large group. Very quiet community with beach access that felt almost private. Close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops with a short drive to the Carolina Beach area. The host was responsive and helpful prior to check-in and facilitated an early arrival. I think it’s important to note the only free parking is a two-car garage that can hold up to two midsize SUVs. There is not a driveway; therefore, if you have a bigger vehicle, plan to park on the street and pay daily parking fees. We will definitely plan another visit in this property.

Great views, beautiful house, few issues
The house is beautiful and the views were amazing (especially from the top deck). The pool was slightly dirty when we arrived and progressively got worse as the days went on. I finally texted the management company and they sent someone right out, but sounds like they missed the cleaning day they were supposed to come out earlier in the week. The pool was also cold (it’s not heated), the liner is falling apart and the hot tub only works if you press a button by the hot tub every 30 minutes. The kitchen is well equipped, but the lack of bath towels was a problem. The master only had two bath towels, two washcloths and one hand towel. Same for the other bathrooms. The beds weren’t terrible, but could use some upgrades. Also the fact that we had to supply all paper products was a little disappointing for the price. The town of Kure Beach is a cute beach town and overall we had a great trip.

The pool is serviced by a third-party company, and it was cleaned earlier on the day of your arrival, but it’s possible some debris settled afterward—we’re glad we were able to get someone out quickly once you reached out. The hot tub does require the timer button for safety and energy efficiency, but we understand that can be a bit inconvenient. Regarding towels and paper products, we provide a starter set, but understand how that may not meet everyone’s needs and will make sure that’s clearly communicated in the listing. We also appreciate your notes on the beds and will pass that along to the owner for future updates. We’re happy to hear these things didn’t take away from your overall trip, and we hope to have the chance to host you again!
