Really enjoyed our four night stay here! Building is brand new. Beds were comfortable, view from the deck is perfect, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Amenities like storage room for beach equipment, water hose for clean up after the beach, easy access bathroom right off the beach, and pool area were fantastic. Couple of notes to keep in mind are beach rental company we contacted would not deliver to this section of the beach, and peak high tides cover the beach completely so watch your tide charts during your stay to plan your beach time.

My family and I spent a full week, we enjoyed the condo and the pool and the beach access. Definitely one of the nicer places on the island.
Excellent place to stay for big families!
Wonderful home with great views. Was a terrific beach house that worked perfect for the family. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely want to stay there on our next beach trip to Kure

Great location, lots of space and had everything we wanted for a fantastic week at the beach.
We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was extremely clean!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need! Amazing location! Highly recommend and we are definitely coming back!
The Pros: Very Clean and Updated, very Close to pier, Nice Pool area. The Beds were super comfy. The Property itself was very clean. The pool guy came daily to clean the pool. The Elevator is right outside the room So that was very handy for my Mother in law who was 87 years old. The Cons: Not near any restaurants Except the Pier which has Food and Drinks. The Drinks and food Choices were very expensive for what they were and the food was not great. We had the burgers and they were just ok nothing special. Right below the room is the room of the lady who I assume is the care taker of the property. She goes out on her balcony and smokes. So when she was out side smoking we could not enjoy the balcony. There is nothing the owner can do about that But wanted everyone to know as it can be a nuisance. Friday and Saturdays plan to stay at the condo all day and to not leave because People Line up in front of the condo waiting to get in freeman park and you can not get back into your parking spot. We was waiting in line for a long time then we finally hit a back way into the condo and parked by the pool in the visitor parking lot until the traffic cleared up, and we moved the car. FYI There is No blinds on the door so you need to dressed when you come out of your room because people who walk by can see right in. There is no blinds on the balcony door as well so People can see in your room as it gets dark and you leave the lights on. Overall we would stay again!

Perfect little beach house
This beach house was perfect for me and my three teens. It’s very nicely renovated, clean, and in a great location. There are lots of beach chairs and toys, too. And the sunset on the porch is beautiful. Thanks for having us!
Lovely property
Enjoyed the large yard and boat dock deck. House needs a few additional things….hairdryers, cleaner bathrooms, an additional working refrigerator and freezer, etc.

This was my second year in row staying at this property. Enjoyed our stay just as much, if not more. Wonderful place for a small family, great location.
The beach house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is only steps away and it is fabulous.
Beautiful and clean condo, just steps from beach access. All the amenities we would need were available. The pool was close and clean. Parking was great. The only thing I would change would be the beach access. You had to climb down rocks to get to the beach. Difficult for elderly and children.
We used this property for an overflow of guests that we had this weekend. The property is perfect for that! Big bedrooms and nice space to gather. Location was perfect too!

Super pleased with our stay. Very nice rental and really close to the beach access. It had all the basic amenities needed for our family of 9. Nice unit, looks just like the pictures. So beachy and decorated nicely; spacious! Had a little issue with parking. We were not aware of the assigned parking that another tenant made a complaint about but the manager helped to clarify. HOA Reached out and apologized for the miscommunication and made it right. Really liked the water hose to rinse off before entering the unit. wished there was a mat inside the front door but we used a towel to keep water off the floor. Some traffic could get a little loud at night but would still recommend.

Thank you for allowing my family yo stay at such a wonderful home! It was less than 2 mins walking distance to the beach, centrally located near tons of restaurants, attractions and stores! The home exceeded our expectations, was very clean, roomy and had lots of kitchen amenities.
Very nice condo and pool area. The caretaker does a fantastic job of keeping the pool area, parking area, hallways, stairway, etc. clean. Pool, hot tub , and seating around pool was very nice! Would definitely book again!

The house was awesome! Just steps from the beach, it was everything we needed. Tons of beach chairs and towels that made it very easy. Very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to a coffee shop and great restaurant with beautiful views. Wonderful way to spend the 4th!
