A beautiful location! For true lake lovers, the outdoor amenities were fantastic. Huge boathouse, excellent swimming, fire pit, hot tub with amazing views, hammock/rocking chairs for reading, plenty of space for yard games, and INCREDIBLE sunsets. Spacious and comfortable inside with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out, yet still be together. Would definitely return!

we loved the condo and would stay here again! the location was great and the view fabulous! the memory foam mattress was probably our only dislike, but that's personal preference.

Very spacious and gorgeous views. Check in process was seamless and the host answered any questions we had promptly. The kiddos loved the pool! and it was cleaned 2x when we were there, but I would have to agree with the pool maintenance crew when they said it needs a makeover. Aside from some other minor repair issues that were promptly addressed, would definitely recommend! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Just make sure to bring extra towels, twin sheets and condiments! Also not sure the height measurement for the garage is correct as we were able to fit a Chrysler Pacifica van that was taller than 60' A relaxing and fun time was had by all!

Everything is modern and updated. Great location for the beach with the convenience of the pool! Blow up toddler bed fit perfectly to the side of the front bedroom in case anyone needs extra room.

The condo is very nice and peaceful. Nothing beats watching a sunrise from the ocean front porch. We were tracking a bit of sand into the condo and the rental company was able to get us a vacuum quickly. So helpful to have with little ones! Very clean.

This is a beautiful beach house! It met our needs & expectations perfectly! The kitchen was so well stocked, which is a rarity, in my opinion. And the unit was exceptionally clean!
We did have some minor issues during the week, with the property. Things happen. But communication and attentiveness of the host was top notch!
One minor inconvenience was with the parking. We had 2 vehicles and they had to be parked one behind the other. So that sometimes required moving one to get the other one out, when we weren’t all going somewhere. It’s not a big deal, but worth noting. And it was worth the inconvenience to be able to have parking for more than one vehicle!
We had a wonderful week and loved our home away from home! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a great time with the family - the condo is a good size for four people and a very short walk to the beach and a coffee shop. We really appreciated the large porch and the included beach chairs/items that made a beach trip easy.

Being right on the beach was a great way to spend the week. The house had all the accommodations necessary for in & outside of the house.
It was so fun to take out the bikes & so convenient to have all the beach chairs ready to use! A great stay!

Great view, for sure, and there is public access to the sound right across the street. The beach is a short walk down the street the other way!The property management was WONDERFUL during our stay. We needed a stock pot to cook shrimp and they brought us a new one.

House and property are gorgeous! This was our second time staying in this home. Check-in is a breeze as communication is spot-on. Property is well-stocked with most everything you need. Only complaint is parking as garage is very short and our SUVs will not fit. This requires parking permit for street parking, which you pay for, and spots aren’t “held” for house. Also, the restaurants close early (8:30 or so) which for a June trip was an inconvenient and unexpected. However, it is overall a very nice, family beach!

Super clean and new rentals. Pool was a nice touch. Neat to walk to the pier for a drink and the view. If you haven't been to Carolina beach in a while then you haven't seen the rock barrier. You have to climb over rocks to get to the beach or walk down to Freeman park entrance. They are needed as the waves reaches the rocks during high tide so you can't actually walk on the beach then. When the tide is low there is plenty of beach to walk and set up shade. Our coffee maker was broken when we arrived and the host sent a new one to our door the following day We enjoyed the stay!

The porch and outside of the place could use some improvements. Even though the description states “shared backyard” it would have been nice to know that the drive way is also shared and that there is a separate place being rented underneath the house.
Overall great place very cute inside and easy access to beach just 4 houses down is short walk to public access. I do think $250 per dog is expensive for just a few days but overall good place to rent!

The location of the condo was great!! Steps to the beach! The balcony was awesome! Looking right at the water. Walkable to some restaurants. Plenty of room for a family of four. The parking is a challenge. The spot is very small to get into. The front door sticks and is hard to open. There was only 3 beach chairs, and we took a plane there so was no way for us to bring one. The bathrooms could be updated. But I would definitely recommend this condo even with the few challenges. The location makes up for it. We had a great time.

Really enjoyed our four night stay here! Building is brand new. Beds were comfortable, view from the deck is perfect, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Amenities like storage room for beach equipment, water hose for clean up after the beach, easy access bathroom right off the beach, and pool area were fantastic. Couple of notes to keep in mind are beach rental company we contacted would not deliver to this section of the beach, and peak high tides cover the beach completely so watch your tide charts during your stay to plan your beach time.
