PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
*Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!***
*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).
*We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.
*ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*)
*While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.
*Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.
*You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older.
*We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
*Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).
*Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.
*We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

This is a beautiful beach house! It met our needs & expectations perfectly! The kitchen was so well stocked, which is a rarity, in my opinion. And the unit was exceptionally clean!
We did have some minor issues during the week, with the property. Things happen. But communication and attentiveness of the host was top notch!
One minor inconvenience was with the parking. We had 2 vehicles and they had to be parked one behind the other. So that sometimes required moving one to get the other one out, when we weren’t all going somewhere. It’s not a big deal, but worth noting. And it was worth the inconvenience to be able to have parking for more than one vehicle!
We had a wonderful week and loved our home away from home! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Super pleased with our stay. Very nice rental and really close to the beach access. It had all the basic amenities needed for our family of 9. Nice unit, looks just like the pictures. So beachy and decorated nicely; spacious! Had a little issue with parking. We were not aware of the assigned parking that another tenant made a complaint about but the manager helped to clarify. HOA Reached out and apologized for the miscommunication and made it right. Really liked the water hose to rinse off before entering the unit. wished there was a mat inside the front door but we used a towel to keep water off the floor. Some traffic could get a little loud at night but would still recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made our trip even more relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the space was surprisingly roomy—perfect for spreading out and unwinding. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking appliances you could need! We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
