Very good location, lots to see near by

Great place. Loved the view.

Can’t beat the location!! House was basic but clean, having the pool to chill in on the beach was perfect.
Only two minor complaints, planned on a bbq but propane tank was empty. The upstairs patio furniture is pretty old and dirty looking, could be replaced.
Overall the stay was great and would stay again for the price!

Beautiful home for multigenerational family getaway. Porch rockers, Tempur-pedic beds, variety beach toys.was great. Excellent views. Had some glitches with the pool and hot tub that were resolved once Management was contacted. Very well stocked kitchen , but bring Tupperware as there was no temporary storage containers. Two car closed garage was nice.

Can’t go wrong with a house that has a heated pool and private walkway to the ocean.

Any communication made with the host was met with a quick response.

We thoroughly enjoyed this 3 bedroom 3 bath property on Greensboro Street for 7! The property was very clean and pleasant for us to stay while visiting family. Close walk to beach in minutes and approximately 10 minutes from grocery store, local brewery and restaurants. Beach chairs were provided which was great to have for convenience!

We loved our family getaway in Carolina Beach! The condo was a perfect location being a block from the beach and the waterway on the other side, which made for beautiful sunsets. An easy walk to the boardwalk for food and shopping! I would definitely stay here again! Looking forward to the next visit already.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our needs. Check-in was super easy. We had very few questions because everything was explained clearly, but Carolina’s response time was rapid with all communications. The heated pool is such a great size, and the pathway to the beach was so nice. Everything inside and out was very well maintained. No complaints! Looking forward to another seaside vacation in this beautiful house!

Great location for a beach getaway. We visited in April and the street was quiet. Walkable to nightlife and parking for 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 outside). Would highly recommend!

A nice vacation place for our family!

We had a great time at Paradise by the Pier. Excellent location, just steps to the beach. House was clean, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We didn’t need anything from the property manager, but they were very communicative and responded quickly. Would recommend and would stay here again!
