Great location and nice place. Management company was responsive. The 2nd floor AC didn’t work most of the time we were there. Someone was sent quickly to fix but still didn’t work. Found out later that there was a switch that should have been on that we were unaware of. We were informed when we arrived that the washing machine didn’t work and they were sending someone out. Overall, nice place and good experience. I thought the price was a little high to have the issues we had.

Great hosts, very friendly and responsive. House was great and just as advertised. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean inside, good setup, plenty of parking space

Overall it was a good clean stay at a beautiful location with great amenities however a few notes:
1. In my experience, most hosts accept emotional support animals (ESAs) even if their listings say “No pets”. This is not the case with this host - be prepared to make other arrangements for your ESA.
2. The code to the storage lock was incorrect in the instructions provided.
3. Internet phone connection at the location is poor which will require you to use the WiFi. The wifi was not very reliable for us guests who had to WFH during our stay. Even after raising this to the host, the WiFi latency didn’t improve much leaving guests to search alternatives.
4. We proactively let the host know of other small issues around the house such as the lights above the stove not working, ice machine not working, etc. Maintenance came to inspect the issue however it was not fixed during our stay.

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved that there were extra dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The location is good with a tiki bar and restaurant and ice cream shop near by. The view was very beautiful. The pool was extremely refreshing. My 2 criticisms were that I expected more than 1 towel per guest. I don't reuse my towel so I had to wash towels several times during my stay. Additionally the TV in the living room gave us a blank screen when we logged into our HBO account. The TV in the Master bedroom worked fine so not sure why we could not view anything in the living room. We travel to Wilmington several times per year to visit our son. This is the best property we have rented and I would definitely return to this property. Thank you so much.

Pros: AC units kept us very comfortable and we like it cold! The kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils, pots, pans, knives, Ninja Blender- we found everything we needed. Great location- only a 6 min walk to pier, coffee shop, local eats PLUS very close to lifeguard stand which I always feel more comfortable swimming in ocean with them nearby. Number of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool floats provided. Beach towels were there for us to use as well but we brought our own since we were unaware. Cons: indoor stairs extremely steep and shallow stair step depth. We had 2 over 80 year olds with us so was a slight challenge. I would be concerned with 6 and under going down by themselves as well. We would definitely book again if older parents are not accompanying us!!

Loved this house! Better than expected: garage has 2 usable spaces and more room than described. BIG problem: downstairs bedroom is not tied into the house’s A/c system and doesn’t cool adequately with the small room unit and fans. This is 20% of the bedrooms in an 18,000 property!! I would rerent this house if not for that BIG problem. I would appreciate your comments! Also the washing machine has a very delicate balance system and the laundry room really needs a sink for the times the machine stops working. If corrections can’t be made for the downstairs bedroom I would love you to recommend some other properties with the same amenities. Parking is a nightmare but could have been so so much easier if even one person on your otherwise very helpful staff had understood how the paid parking works. But they were as clueless as we were when we tried to check in.

Awesome place very clean, commutation was very good, Steps away from the ocean. We loved it. We will definitely be back.

This was our first trip to Carolina beach. We had a wonderful experience. The condo was perfect and right on the beach. We hope to return someday.

This property is nice, however, the basement bedrooms and bath were kind of spooky. No one would sleep down there, so they ended up on the sofas upstairs. The purple spiral staircase is TINY to get down there. The host responded to our inquiries about the garbage disposal not working and the fact the last guest left the propane tank and burner on the grill wide open, thus we had no propane on Weds. Half way through our week.I would probably look for a different property next year due to the fact no one would sleep off of the garage in the basement two bedrooms. The location was good and we like easy beach access.

Very beautiful location and setup. We enjoyed having our own pool. Having the ocean several steps from your door is amazing!! We didn’t realize that the lower area of the home is not directly connected to the main house. Our oldest granddaughters were going to sleep there but once we realized it is completely separate my husband and I slept there. There is a lot of space for a big family vacation!The Roku remotes did not work well but we weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t a big deal. I do think it could have been a little cleaner (we were looking for a remote and moved the couch cushions and there were crumbs and sand underneath). Also some dishes appeared dirty but that is probably the fault of an earlier guest. Our one situation where we needed to contact the host had to do with the recycle container missing after trash pickup. It took three days of back and forth messages to get a definitive response to our question regarding what to do with our recyclables. That definitely could be improved upon. Overall it is a big beautiful oceanfront house with a private pool. I would definitely recommend and return.

Property was very clean and exactly as advertised. Stayed here with the family and a dog for several days. Outdoor shower and swings were great for coming back to after all day at the beach. 3rd floor views of the sound were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed for prepping meals. Elevator was a nice touch. Wifi name was not as advertised but worked when I tried the house password on another network. Some of the glasses/silver wear looked a little dirty. Property was a little pricy. Overall great experience. Would stay here again probably with another guest to split cost.

Great for a girls trip! The place was clean and well stocked. Short walk to the beach access. Had trouble getting in with the lock but I called the host and they resolved it within 20 minutes.

Overall we enjoyed the house. The downstairs area wasn’t quite what I expected. Also has a musty smell. TV downstairs wasn’t working-no signal or buffering. Safety concerns: we had small children and there were toxic cleaning supplies under the sink. Not sure if it was left behind by the cleaning person or previous tenant. Of course our 16 month old found it. Enjoyed the location and short walk to the beach.

Unit was spotlessly clean. Provided beach chairs and play equipment…a big plus. Pool was great.

Excellent property! It was spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for our family. The location was idea - just a short walk to the beach. The views of the Intracoastal from the large deck were beautiful. We also loved that beach chairs were provided. The only minor complaint was that the bed pillows weren’t very comfortable and the floors were a bit sandy upon arrival. A little more attention to cleanliness would have been appreciated but it definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Host responded in a timely manner to all inquiries. Highly recommend!!!

A Comfortable, Well-Located Beach Condo

Spotless, clutter-free, and well-appointed — the condo itself delivered on every expectation.

Beach access was unbeatable, the balcony view was fantastic, and four beach chairs were provided (a nice touch).

The pool is steps away, though undersized for the building's occupancy during peak times.

A few things to know before you arrive:

Only two deck chairs for a three-bedroom unit, no bathroom hooks for towels or wetsuits, and the primary bedroom runs 5–10° warmer than the rest of the condo.

No bedroom blackout curtains — just shades — so light sleepers should plan accordingly.

The unit faces a restaurant with live music some nights, but quiet hours at 10 p.m. were respected.

Food options within walking distance are limited to an adjacent restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop. Anything else is about a mile out.

Overall a great stay. Location and comfort are hard to beat — just come prepared.
