Sun Sprinkles offers more than 2,100 square feet of comfortable living space across three levels, making it ideal for families or groups looking for room to relax while staying close to the beach. The home blends coastal charm with modern conveniences, providing multiple gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors.

The first floor welcomes guests with garage access and a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a fun foosball table for friendly competition and easy entertainment after a day at the beach.

On the second floor, you'll find the main living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and everything needed for home-cooked meals, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and all essential cookware. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area where large windows and access to the covered deck provide beautiful ocean views. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. One of the primary bedrooms is located on this floor and features a queen bed, a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower plus a bathtub and a private balcony overlooking the backyard pool.

The third floor features another primary bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with shower/ tub combo, and access to a private sun deck where guests can soak up the sunshine and ocean breezes. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this level. One bedroom includes a queen bed, while the other offers a queen bed and a twin bed, making it perfect for families traveling with children. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Outside, the backyard offers a private coastal oasis. A fully fenced yard surrounds the 8x15 saltwater pool, providing a relaxing space to cool off after beach days. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating, a terrace and patio area, and a BBQ grill complete with utensils for cookouts. The property also includes a washer and dryer, laptop-friendly workspace with desk, and family-friendly extras like a pack and play and stair gates for added convenience.

Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.  **(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.  ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.  We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
