Really beautiful home. The views are amazing, we all really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. We enjoyed our stay very much here and will be returning. The only thing that was a slight issue for us there is no closet space to hang your clothes in the master bedroom at all. Also be sure to bring bath soap, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. The private beach access is so convenient and really worth the cost. We had a wonderful time.

This was a great house! The beachfront location, walkability to Kure Pier, and private access to the beach was amazing, and the house was beautiful. The separate entries and levels worked well for our families and gave the right amount to space for our kids and dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at Kure Beach. We absolutely loved the relaxation and peaceful atmosphere. The home was beautiful. There was plenty of space for my family and our little dog. The view from the master bedroom balcony is absolutely beautiful! The rental agency was very responsive to issues/concerns. We definitely plan to stay again.

We invited another couple to go to Carolina Beach with us. Serenity Now provided a great spot for us to hang out and catch up on each others lives. It was located close to Carolina Beach, Kure Beach & the aquarium so we had plenty to see and do over the long weekend.

Really nice place to stay

We absolutely loved PermaGrin! It is a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the top floor with a great deck and view of the beach along with a huge sectional couch, a fun pool table, and a lovely kitchen. Our host was super responsive, proactive, and helpful.

Overall stay was good and as advertised, however we had two service dogs and were told once there (on Saturday) that the owner was allergic and we needed to leave immediately. there was a terrible storm that day so was not possible. We were scheduled to leave the next day anyway. My advice is if deathly allergic to something don't rent your house out. No issue with the actual place. Clean and in a nice location.

This house is beautiful and has so much potential- some that is unmet. The location is awesome, right on the beach and close to the little town center of Kure Beach. We rented this house specifically because of the hot tub and, unfortunately, it did not work for 5 of the 7 days we were there. Our stay was over the holidays and we found it very difficult to have consistent access to the property manager. The phone number we were provided for them was not their number and when we mentioned that in an email (the only way we could communicate with them) they provided no other form of communication. We were told someone would be there to fix the hot tub so we waited at the house and no one ever showed that day. We also had to ask twice for additional sheets to have enough for the beds/pull-outs that were available. We rent at different locations every year at the holidays and have never had this lack of communication or follow-up. It was very disappointing. While the owners did provide a small refund due to the lack of hot tub - it did impact our family holiday vacation. I’m guessing that renting at a time other than the holidays that this would be the perfect place.
The house itself is beautiful. There are 2 refrigerators though they will tell you there is only one. There are plenty of kitchen essentials for a large family. The outside seating is nice and the walk to the beach is quick!
I would recommend this house - just not at the holidays.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Laura’s place. The location is absolutely beautiful and convenient and our large group enjoyed time utilizing both the fire pit and deck on the water during our stay. The house was clean and able to accommodate our large group with the number of rooms and beds. However, we noted a couple of maintenance issues upon arrival. The hot tub was pretty grimy so we weren’t able to use it, which was a big disappointment. The second floor main toilet had a very difficult time flushing (very slow to flush and would not flush anything down). This was probably the most frustrating as we had 12 people with only two working toilets. Although Laura was very responsive and friendly to our concerns, neither the toilet or hot tub were addressed during our stay (this could have been due to the holiday weekend but still very frustrating for a large group).

Laura’s home was beautiful and exactly how it was pictured. The home is in a great location in Wrightsville Beach. Easy access to restaurants, beach and other local interests. Laura was helpful and easily reached if needed. We ended up staying an additional night! Thanks Laura!

We had an amazing time with our family! The home was beautiful and the view was great! There was plenty of room to gather together, but also to have space alone if needed. They had everything we needed to make it a stress free and fun get away. Thank you for helping us make great memories…We will be back!!

Lovely home. Beautiful scenery. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, you name it. I would love to visit during the summer to experience the outdoors.

We gathered to meet our future son in law’s family.
We loved having the 2 large dining tables available. We did put them together.
We appreciated the couch seating around the fireplace! We all played charades together there.
Some fished and kayaked while others hung out in the hot tub or around the fire pit.
The views of the lake and the property are so peaceful and beautiful.
Beds, kitchen and bathrooms all worked for our group of 14 adults and 2 children.

This was the perfect setting to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday. The property has an incredible lake view. The kitchen was equipped for us to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. There were more than enough beds for the eleven of us. We enjoyed the entire house, from the large kitchen, the pool table, the spacious comfortable living room, the two large dining tables, and the hot tub and fire pit.

We loved our stay, the home was wonderful for our extended family to stay for Thanksgiving. The beds are very comfortable and you are directly on the beach. The pictures in the listing are very accurate.

The only negative is the dishwasher. It is smaller than one would expect for the house and often the water doesn't reach the tab to release the dish detergent, so we had to rerun at least half the time we ran it.

Beautiful home, stocked with all the essentials, great location. The view is amazing. Host was great and very responsive.

Beautiful house right in the beach. Location is close to anything you may need, but we just packed it in and stayed on site. Why would we leave? Beautiful house, great kitchen and outdoor grill, pool, hot tub, 2 decks to sit back and watch the waves, steps from the beach- we didn’t need anything else. Highly recommend
