Beautiful beach home with a pool. We spent a week there and rarely left the property. Wonderful relaxing vacation with our family and two dogs!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location is unbeatable, right on the ocean, offering fabulous views that we enjoyed every day. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

One of the highlights was the private pool and hot tub, which provided hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beach was an absolute delight.

The management were also incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy quality time together. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.

Great place! Very nice inside and amazing location right on the beach. The new pool was awesome and all amenities were great. We would stay again!

Well done remodel--my family had a great time and enjoyed the space and we love the South End. Great unit which is in the middle of the building with a unit above and below and some shared spaces (outdoor shower, laundry) but was all good for us. Everything was easy and enjoyable.

My family and I have stayed in this house for vacation for a couple of years now (more than 5). We feel right at home. Although the house is not the newest it has lots of amenities that make up for it. The host was very responsive as on our arrival some things needed to be addressed. The issues were resolved quickly and the communication was easy. We love Perma Grin ! We will continue to come back.

Great home.

The place served it's purpose. Bedrooms were a good size. It was on the beach and had a pool. We had a GREAT time. So there's really nothing to complain about there. I was a little disappointed in the communication. Everyone was responsive... just not on the same page. I also had to reach out to get a code for the basement/extra bedroom. The floors were straight up dirty when we got there. Crumbs, stuff stuck to the floors, foot prints. We actually found a vacuum and vacuumed ourselves. I immediately reached out and sent photos... there was no response specifically to that issue. The upstairs fridge and freezer barely worked. Nothing in the fridge got cold. We put ice cubes in the freezer and they never froze. The walkway down to the beach could be cleaned up/cut back. We're beach people so we didn't mind too much, but if you have small kids, I can see where it would be an uncomfortable walk. I hate making it sound terrible It really wasn't. Just needs a little TLC.

Great spot would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a super convenient location, recently renovated, and was very clean with lots of kitchen supplies. We did have leftover trash left in the kitchen can when we arrived, but that was it and it was easily fixed. The hosts were very nice and communicative. Our only issue was the unit has another unit above it. And you can hear EVERYTHING. Voices and heavy footsteps. There is ample natural light in the condo, which is great in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms were also very bright all night and this time of year the morning sun starts at 6:30. So if you are particularly sensitive to light or noise, this may not be the unit for you. That said, this a very pretty property, close to the beach and the awesome Oceanic restaurant, with great hosts.

Great find in Kure Beach! House had plenty of space for eight adults, an infant, and dogs (loved the pet friendliness). House was very clean. Communication was excellent with the host, who helped us get in a little early with a fussy infant. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows could use replacing in most rooms. Outdoor grill was quite new and very easy to use! Garage was also easy to use for two cars.

Overall, we had a great stay here and the host helped make it an enjoyable week. We would come back again! No issues with smells from previous reviews.

This house was fantastic for our group! Perfect amount of space! The management company was quick to respond to any questions we had! Will stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the hot tub, the beautiful ocean views and the ability to bring our dog. The only drawback was the parking. We had 5 cars and there are 2 parking spaces in the garage. We knew this going in, however the parking companies are quick to ticket. We had just arrived and were inside downloading the parking app to pay for the parking and were ticketed by the time we came back out to unload. If possible I would recommend you download the app and pay for spaces prior to arrival to avoid a $60 fee.

House was clean, beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed watching the boats go by and watching the water activities. Easy walk to beach and restaurants

Even more beautiful than the photos. so nice to have a private pool and beach access. We had such a great time!
