Clean second level place. Not on, but good view of intercostal water way and short walk to the beach. Certainly would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful and clean middle unit right off the sound in across the street from the beach. The place was very well equipped, and a good size for an extended family vacation The property manager was quick to respond and easy to work with. Only Slight complaint were the hard beds. I would book this place again!

The place is just as shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool & private walk way to the beach. We were very comfortable all in all we would definitely stay again. The ac downstairs broke but the host was very responsive & helped us temporarily fix the issue until they were able to send an ac technician.

The views of the ocean were spectacular, and the walk to be beach was very close, but there was no place for shade, which means that we were blessed with great weather! I have to admit, I was a little surprised by the parking, or lack of, compared to the pictures. The sound of the neighbors children really didn’t bother us, because we had our own children running around also. But, I probably won’t do a duplex style house again.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at your lovely home.

Overall a great property and location. We had a great time on the dock and using the water pad. Plenty of room to tie up the boat and jetski. Didn't get to use the firepit and hottub since it was too hot all week. House has plenty of room for big groups to spread out.

Just a few maintenance items that dropped our stay to just below a 5 rating. Property manager was responsive and the AC got fixed while we were there and acknowledged that they'll look into replacing the garage fridge and grills. Would definitely stay again

Our stay was great! The host was very responsive to all questions. The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the parking as it was a bit tight, but other than that it was wonderful!

Listing doesn't do it justice. Favorite lake stay of many. Clean, spacious, quiet, gorgeous views. Responsive. Great spot on lake. We will be back.

This is a World Cup well furnished well stocked condo right on the beach. What else can you ask for? There’s a small market with walking distance. The boardwalk and most of the restaurants are all within walking distance as well. The beach is much less crowded in this part of Carolina Beach. The beds were comfortable. I have no complaints.

The view was incredible. The condo was perfect for our family of 4!

We took a girls trip myself, mom, two daughters and granddaughters…it was wonderful!!! 4 generation trip we will never forget and we will definitely go back. because if my fb post i’ve had several ask for me to share…the view is amazing!!!! parking is a little tricky under the house but everything elder was perfect!! including all correspondence with the owner…you just ck this one out 🤗❤️

Great location, but street can be busy at times. Awesome house, pool, and access to beach.
The deck as beautiful views and the pool was a hit for the kids (and adults). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful view and easy beach access. The condo was decorated nicely. Parking is very tight and a little difficult. There was no elevator for 3 flights of stairs.

Our family enjoyed our week at the beach. House location is close to the beach and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a surf shop. Storage closet has bikes, beach chairs and other beach toys available for use. Only complaint would be seating in den area could be more comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, good surroundings, the place was very enjoyable with having the luxury of the closeness of the beach along with the pool.

We had a wonderful family vacation and the accommodations were great. There were a few vey minor issues and they extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend anyone considering Perma Grin to book as soon as possible.

Such a beautiful place to stay! We will love to return on our next visit to NC.
