Very nice.
We have stayed there before
We were at the Perma Grin house for a birthday for 3 days with family and friends. The house was wonderful, the location was spectacular and we had an incredible time. The host was very responsive. Some highlights of our stay:
- the house made it very easy to wake up and walk straight to the beach
- very spacious home, privacy for everyone
- amazing views for sunrise and starry nights from inside and outside the house
- pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained
- we really enjoyed playing some of the games they had at the house (they have plenty, we particularly enjoyed spike-ball)
- the kitchen was exactly what we needed for 16 people
Minor inconveniences:
- a couple of the lights didn’t work
- one of the bathroom locks was a bit funky
- the starter kit should have enough quantity of supplies for the number of guests that are booked at the stay
All in all we HIGHLY recommend this house if you’re looking for an unforgettable time with your loved ones.

Everything went well, house is getting a little run down, but it is a rental.

The set up of this property was perfect for a big family get away right on the beach!
The view was just stunning, we were absolutely blown away. Watching the sun set and rise off the lake was such a unique experience. Very spacious house but still felt cozy. This stay went far beyond our expectations, fantastic weekend!

The host was so professional. They were informative, helpful and really gave me a of help. I must have text 10 times and I never waited more than 2 minutes even after hours. The house was amazing. The pool was gorgeous. The sunrises were breathtaking and I would highly recommend to anyone looking.

This place was amazing! Our family had such a wonderful time. The place looked exactly like the photos and was super clean when we arrived. All the necessary amenities were there and it really was paradise. Will def be booking again!
We booked Carolina’s apartment at last minute when our original accommodation didn’t work out and she was super quick to respond, with clear instructions for check-in. We loved the apartment - it was spacious, clean, quiet and you can’t get any closer to the beach! Great location close to the boardwalk and restaurants. We are already planning to come back in the Summer.
Fantastic location, great amenities, lovely pool! Make sure to fully read listing as to be aware of what is and isn’t included in the house, especially being beach front and having a pool. Great communication from hosts; only difficulty was door keypads needing codes entered multiple times to actually open.

We loved our stay here. Great location, still in walking distance to the pier and restaurants around it. The house was very nice and clean, absolutely no complaints there. We did have some problems with our pool not being on or heated but the host was very responsive and helpful every time I reached out! We were also stuck in the house when the big storm that flooded Kure and Carolina beach came through, but the house was a great place to be stuck! Would book again!

Really nice place. Plenty of space. The bottom level was private, like a separate area. The bottom area and main living place do not connect, so you have to go outside to get to the main area. Walkway to the beach and pool area is very nice. The two bedrooms on the upper level are a little stuffy and could benefit from a dehumidifier. The rug in the living room was dirty. It looked clean, but my baby had dirt and black marks all over his legs after crawling on it for a few minutes. Overall it was a very nice place and I would stay there again.

When we first got to the house it smelled very musty but once we turned up the ac the smell seemed to go away. The beach was great! We had a lot of fun spending time with family. The house was not up to my expectations regarding cleaning. The fridge had not been cleaned out and there was dust and bugs on the kitchen counter. Even though I was told the couches had been cleaned they still looked dirty. Not enough towels to last 4 days and did not want to use the washer due to smell. So we had to end up buying more bathroom towels. The pool was set at a high temp almost like warm bath water. Who wants 90 degree pool water in high 90 degree weather. Asked to turn down temp in pool and it was done. Also stains on mattress covers. Yuck!!

When you first mentioned the issues, we immediately offered a full refund if you chose to leave and also offered to send a cleaner to address the problems. We did send a cleaner to the home to address the cleanliness issues, and we also turned on the pool chillers to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable level.
I’m glad to hear that the AC helped with the musty smell, but I’m disappointed that other aspects of the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet your standards. I’m looking into the concerns you raised about the towels and mattress covers to ensure improvements are made.

We loved staying at the condo for our Labor Day weekend beach getaway. The location is perfect, we have a toddler and wanted to be close to the beach and you cannot get any closer than this spot.
We could easily walk to the Boardwalk for ice cream and shops.
Parking can be a little tight under the condo, but ample parking is immediately across the street.
I highly recommend this location.
Very nice property. Great communication from property management. There is a heigh restriction on the garage, so beware if you are parking. Some musty smell throughout the home, likely from prior water damager earlier this year (?) Mostly didn't notice after the first day.
Overall great, pool was super nice and couldn't be easier to get to the beach.
