Great place and stay. Look forward to another opportunity to return. Place is near the pier and easy walk to a few places to eat on days we did not feel like cooking. Highly recommended!

Overall it was a good experience. Property was as listed, very spacious!We had an issue with needing a parking pass for second car, upon contacting property manager, we found out prior tenant had left with the pass on accident.. she was slow to respond ,but did make sure our cars were safe. There were palmetto bugs on the deck in the evenings that I was not a fan of, but we did not see them inside and the place was clean! I felt it was a little overpriced but do not feel this property was alone in this area. I would stay there again!

The house was the perfect setting for our family Thanksgiving. Beautiful home with direct access to the beach. Super responsive property owners - a great experience all around.

This is a great property. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again. The only drawback was the limited amount of parking, but Liz was great and paid for a parking spot on the street. The renovations in the kitchen were wonderful.

Clean, great view and fun for the whole family. We will come back!

Perfect location for privacy but close enough to stores and boardwalk. Very clean, amenities were stocked and condo was well kept. Terrific vacation get away.

October didn't disappoint, both the beach and the condo! Our family enjoyed the oceanfront condo. It was very clean, plenty of space, and had all the amenities we needed. We were literally steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. Perfect for our children and fishing! We'll definitely recommend and stay again.

OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT...ELEVATOR IS GREAT FOR MOVE IN & OUT...WELL EQUIPPED WITH TOWELS, LINENS, SUNDRY ITEMS, SMALL APPLIANCES, & KITCHEN ITEMS...BUT YOU COULD SPRING FOR A NEW KITCHEN TRASH CAN, AS BROKEN, & FALLS THROUGH THE CAN HOLDER...BIKES LEAVE ALOT TO BE DESIRED AS CHAIN CAME OFF DURING USE...

We had amazing stay! The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group of 7. Liz was very helpful and was very prompt in answering questions. The house is well stocked with everything you will need. As the cook in my family I was very pleased to find the kitchen super well equipped with plenty of extras of anything you could need. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

The spacious, well-appointed kitchen was fabulous for preparing meals as well as lazy morning coffee/conversation around the island. The pool and hot tub area is great for hangouts, as well as the across the house back porch, facing the ocean. Laid back vibe, but with all the amenities we needed. Carpet is worn and has some stains....but in fairness, we rented at the end of the season (mid-spetember).

My extended family and I spent almost a week here and had a fantastic time! It is a great location that has a walkway right out onto the beach as well as the pier nearby. We also enjoyed the pool and the porch which has a fantastic view. The place seemed well-maintained and Liz was a great host who responded to messages quickly. The only quirky thing about the house is the upper floor and lower floor aren't connected (you have to go outside to get from one to the other), but we didn't mind it at all. It was actually nice to have separate spaces where part of the group could have quiet and the others could go play games and talk as much as they want. Overall this is a great place and we would definitely stay there again!

My family (6 adults, 1 baby) had a wonderful week at Sea Monster. The location was great, short walking distance to the pier and some restaurants, but still mostly quiet and peaceful. The ocean view was beautiful and so calming to hear the ocean sounds and to see the pelicans and other birds. We loved the pool - it is a perfect size. There are also plenty of floats and some pool toys. It did get cloudy and green on Wednesday of our stay, but I notified the property manager and she was responsive. The pool was treated that day. The bottom of the pool could use a good vacuuming and/or refinishing. No pool skimmer, which is needed. There is only one beach chair to take on the beach, so bring your own or rent some. Overall, the house was nice and as advertised, though the upstairs living space is smaller than what I thought it would be from the pictures. The bathrooms could use some updating and the hall bath toilet was stained (came off with Clorox spray and a scrub). The french doors to the deck and the side entrance door don’t close very well. The master bedroom door sticks and is hard to open, which isn’t a big deal, but we had our 1.5 year old sleeping in our room, so we were worried about waking him. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom seems like it could fall down when on high. There are no curtains or blinds on the french doors in the upstairs living room so it gets hot inside and causes a glare on the TV when watching for the day, which was frustrating for my 84-year-old father. There weren’t any kitchen trash bags, so we had to purchase those. There was no back up paper towel roll, just the partially used one on the paper towel stand. There were only two dish towels and we had to use one of them to put wet dishes on after washing, as there isn’t a drying rack. There were a few standard seasonings plus olive oil and plastic wrap, which was helpful. There is a good selection of dishes, cups, glasses. We cooked almost every night and were able to make do with the pots, pans, and utensils provided. The top deck is nice, plenty of seating, though there is no shade. An umbrella or two would be helpful. There were also waterbugs outside and then a couple inside towards the end of our stay. They do tend to live in wet, humid areas, so may be impossible to eradicate them completely. The issues were all minor and really didn’t negatively impact our stay. Would love to stay again!

The Ocean Oasis is a great place in Kure beach. You can’t find a better location! Right near the pier, but far enough down that the beach feels private. Having the private access to the sand is amazing! We loved being able to come and go from the beach with ease. There is plenty of room in the cottage for the family to spread out, as well as nice areas for the group to gather and spend time together. Communication with Liz was top notch! She was very quick to respond with any questions we had, and extra helpful with anything we needed. Lastly, having the downstairs ‘studio’ is a nice addition. Second kitchen with a bed and bathroom is perfect for older kids, or the in-laws so they have their own space!😉

Great condo in close proximity to anything you need. Awesome balcony

This property has easy access to the beach and also has a pool. Some pool toys are available at the property. Only minor negatives we found were cigarette burns on the carpet just in front of the family room sofa and the dining area rug was curled up on one corner which caused us to trip a number of times. It appeared to have been taped down in the past but was no longer sticking. There were ample linens except there was only one kitchen towel and we could never find any pot holders. The fire alarm was a little annoying as it sounded every time we opened the oven for some reason. There is no access from the downstairs to the upstairs except for outside but this worked out beneficially for our family. This property is a great choice for a large family. There are ample sleeping areas but be aware the downstairs only has one bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms but it does have it's own living area and another bedroom. The upstairs has three generous size bedrooms, a living area, kitchen/dining, a very pleasant and private sunroom at the front part of the house plus a laundry room with washer/dryer. Generous deck area with wonderful breezes and great views and is a great place to watch a sunrise.
