We had an amazing vacation and truly enjoyed this condo. The location is perfect and the condo had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

Really had a great time and property owner/manager (Liz) very responsive and timely. Only suggestions would be: (1) that rugs in living and dining areas are spotted and needs replaced w cleaner, newer inexpensive indoor/outdoor type rug. A consensus opinion from all visitors. (2) clean up and remove stuff under deck and on south side of house behind trash cans.
This property is definitely a 4 Star rental and w a few inexpensive improvements (rugs and cleaning up stuff under deck) would be a five star gem.
All in all … enjoyed this rental . Pool and beach access were great

Great condo right on the water. Steps to the beach. Perfect for two couples. Just enough room for the 4 of us.

The house was everything we needed. Perfect location. Kids loved the pool and being right on the beach. Couldn't ask for better!
The only downfall was parking. If you have bigger vehicles there isn't much room for parking. Other than that, everything else was GREAT!!

We had an amazing time at Carolina Beach! The property was very clean, and the host really thought of everything. You are literally a short walk from the house to the beach! Liz is an amazing host, and was always responsive in our communications.

Property description should indicate that there are only two dedicated parking spaces. While the property is pet friendly, pets are not allowed on the beach. It would be helpful for the property description to provide local beach rules.
Kitchen is well equipped, however the ice maker and refrigerator door dispenser did not work correctly.
Nice access to the beach.
Upper deck is very nice.

Great home, loved the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. Pull out beds in the bedrooms not very comfortable to sleep on. Loved the porches and ocean view. Beach was not crowed. 8 minute walk to restaurants in town.

Great beachfront home with wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Home is well maintained and is very clean. Thankfully we brought our small SUV as the garage seemed smaller. The garage opens up almost onto the road so not much of a driveway. Depending on time of year, parking on the street may requirement additional payment. The pool was nice to have although was a little on the green side with algae and seemed like it needed more chlorine. Rental company was very responsive and sent someone over to fix the issue. Overall, a great place to stay and can accommodate multiple guests comfortably. Wold definately go back.

We are currently working on the parking situation to hopefully get some more options for our renters. We have our pool cleaned every Wednesday and Saturday but the with the ocean being so close, it can sometimes have an effect on the chemicals. We hope you choose to stay with us to enjoy Sea2Sky once again!
We had a great stay here. The accommodations were very clean and well kept and the location is perfect. The views from the balcony were the best part.
Had a great week at Sea Monster. Perfect place to host family. Can not beat location with so much within walking distance. Would highly recommend and plan to return

We had a great and relaxing time at this beautiful on the beach home. Spent a lot of time in the pool and even found a few sharks teeth on the beach.

One of the best locations on the island. Close to the pier and shark bar / palm room.
Beautiful home that has everything you look for in a property. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach access point. The home has a lot of the miscellaneous items that make it extremely convenient to have during the stay.
The ocean views from the top patio are great and extremely relaxing to look at. We come to Wrightsville beach often and will stay here on future trips.

Liz's beach house was perfect for our weekend getaway! We loved the location (just feet away from beach access!) and the house was in good condition. The kitchen and living area are definitely highlights, and the outdoor shower is very convenient for cleaning sand off before heading inside.
The place was awesome. We all really enjoyed it. My only issue the fact they raised the price on me months after I booked it.
Perfect place for my friends and family including our Doodle. Have stayed at Sea Monster many times but this is our first time since the updates and they were fabulous! 2nd bathroom downstairs and the separation of the front porch were huge improvements. Just a couple of minor issues- the main door into the upstairs was difficult to operate and the main bathroom door did not lock. Also the dining room chairs were flimsy and no hot pads in kitchen. Upon arrival we had issues with WiFi which I need as I work on vacation but Liz was very responsive and we were able to get it corrected. We always LOVE staying at the Sea Monster and will definitely return.

Everyone was impressed with how well everything was stocked. What ever we want we found. From kitchen to beach chairs etc. thank you for a very nice stay

Great space for a group of friends enjoying the beach! We loved cooking in the big kitchen and enjoying family dinners at the dining room table. Missing that back porch already.
