There were 9 of us and plenty of room for everyone. 3 of us had to work from the house and were able to find a quiet place while the kids also had plenty of room to play indoors when the weather didn’t cooperate

The Location was great, the house was clean, and had what we needed for a great weekend!
The condo was clean and stocked with the needed essentials. Was walking distance to the boardwalk and several restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised. The only problem we had was that the house next door was undergoing major renovation. That meant every day we were greeted by the sounds of hammers, buzzsaws, etc. which continued throughout the day.
That said, the property is great, the location is solid, and the upkeep of the house was first rate.
We'll return once the construction stops.

We had an issue with towels and linens not being washed by the cleaning crew. Contacted Elizabeth about it and she took care of us. She was very apologetic (new cleaning crew) responsive and without asking for it, had refunded a portion of our trip.
The property is great! very large kitchen was great and being on a "point" gave us plenty of space. We never felt too close to the neighbors. Would recommend and stay again!

We all had a wonderful time during our visit. Starting with the view, that was the one of the best beach view living experience. House had almost everything needed to get us going. Great color combinations throughout the home, nice décor and paintings. Kitchen was fully equipped, and so was the bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy. Matched the description and pictures.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Monster. We had plenty of room for our family group of 6 plus family dog. The kitchen is well equipped. The property was clean and nicely, although simply, decorated. We did not use the pool as in late March the weather is too cool. The location is convenient.
Several relatively individual minor issues: the hallway bathroom door needs to be reset so it closes properly; batteries needed for remotes to allow the fans/lights to be operated; explain in house info which thermostats cover which rooms; the house description should indicate there is no internal stairway between the upper and lower living areas; clean up dog droppings when previous visitors do not. Improvements to consider: install gates on second floor decks; repair/replace portions of private walkway to the beach which are cracked/rotted; repace well worn, inoperable beach chairs.

We appreciate all feedback and we have had our handyman address the hallway bathroom door, batteries in all remotes for fans/lights, adding more information about the thermostats, and picked up any dog droppings. We have also replaced the beach chairs and fixing the walkway this week. We are going to be specifying that the levels of the home are not connected and take all of your improvements into consideration. The home and property was absolutely amazing . Everything pictured is exactly what you got . The home is very spacious The host were very helpful , responsive and proactive before booking and throughout our stay . My family had an great time and definitely recommend if staying in the area . We enjoyed ourselves !!!!

It was nice but we the place when we got there didn’t have internet so it took them a day to fix it. Other than that it was nice
