Clean with a great view

Phenomenal house, responsive host and amazing location. Only negative on the trip was the hot tub which was empty when we arrived, the host expected a bit too much out of us as guests - full, clean, chemicals - the servicer came quick the next day though. Would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful property and we still enjoyed our stay overall. The host communication was kind and responsive. There was active construction next door during our visit, a cracked top stair we avoided for safety, and a mildew smell in the upstairs shower area. The pool heat/light and outdoor beach shower also were not functioning during our stay. Despite those issues, we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and professionalism. Would consider staying again! 🥰

The property was ok for the age. It does need a thorough walk through to check for maintenance opportunities, preferably before guests arrive. The code given was incorrect and had a long wait to get the correct code from the host. The view was beautiful. The pool was full of bugs and we had to clean it ourselves. We contacted the host about some maintenance issues and was asked if they could have access. We said yes. Nothing was resolved. Broken wheels on the shower door as well as the outside screen doors were rusted and the plastic wheels were broken as well. Quite a bit of money for the rental.

The house was beautiful with everything we needed. Great kitchen and family areas. Spacious and clean. Location perfect for walking to restaurants and pier. Private access to beach and pool were perfect with plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and pool fun! Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Blue Heron! Fit two families very comfortably with extra room. Cousins loved the bunk beds and awesome to have 4 bathrooms. The decks are great and we spent a lot of time outside using them! Could use more cozy deck furniture. Very close walk to the beach, prime location & good beach gear! Thanks for a great stay, we loved Blue Heron!

This is not the property to choose for an older group-even with the elevator. Property is very clean. We didn’t have any problems with the elevator, although you’re always worried you’re going to get caught in there! The beds are too high. No comfort height toilets. This would be a great property for younger families. We enjoyed our stay.

The house we stayed at was beautiful ! Held 12 people comfortably. Great location. Had one problem with the AC but they were responsive and came out to fix it the next morning.

The house, as advertised, was spacious, immaculate, and well-stocked. It has a gorgeous sunset-facing view, and it is a quick walk to the beach. The house has many options for outdoor enjoyment, including porches on every floor, chair swings on the ground level, and dining and relaxing spaces with views. The neighborhood is very family friendly. We did have a slight challenge with our entry code and Carolina Getaways responded immediately and changed it up so we could get in. We appreciate their responsiveness.

Sea Monster is a lovely home with outstanding views plus many other amenities. It housed our entire family of 13 with room to spare. Kitchen is well supplied with a variety of cooking utensils and pans. Part of our group used the pool and others preferred the beach and both were readily available. If I had any complaints, it would be that neither the pool or the rinse station had been serviced from the winter shut-down prior to our arrival. Maintenance came the second day of our stay and remedied that, but we lost some pool time. Another issue was the inventory list. I had called prior to arrival to ask what type of coffee pot (Keurig vs drip) and was told Keurig. We purchased a variety of K-cups for our weeks stay only to find the only pots were drip! I immediately reached out (on Easter Sunday) and was promised a Keurig would arrive the next day. Miraculously, either Amazon or God had 2 new Keurigs at our door by 8:30am on Monday! Very impressive and greatly appreciated! We would love to return again

The location is amazing and the home is really nice and clean. We had a great vacation in Wrightsville beach!

We loved our time at this house! It was exactly as described and perfect for a quiet spring break trip with our family.

We had a wonderful stay here with our three kiddos. The view from the deck is incredible. The location couldn’t get any better. The beach is steps away. There are SO many shells on the beach. We found a handful of conch shells. The pool is truly heated and the hot tub is sooo nice! Finally a hot tub that’s actually hot for once. The home is so esthetically pleasing. Beds are comfortable. Make sure to bring extra towels. Overall we loved it!

Parking was nice. Beach access and proximity to the Pier was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware which made it easy to stay in.

Great location, pool was nice but we needed to fill it, proximity to the beach is perfect. The AC wasn’t working when arrived but the team had a service company out as soon as possible to fix it and were very responsive. Would stay again.
