*Parking is limited to two standard-sized vehicles (car or truck). Oversized vehicles such as large SUVs or extended pickup trucks may take up the space of two spots, and in those cases, a second vehicle must be compact in size (e.g., Prius or similar).

*Please Note: This community does not have a designated charging station for golf carts. If you choose to rent a golf cart during your stay, you will be responsible for arranging your own charging accommodations elsewhere on the island.

Typically maintains water temperatures at 80-85 degrees from April to October, depending on air temperatures.

After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) *While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. *Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. *You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. *We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. *Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). *Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. *We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
