The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc.
- No smoking in or on-premises.
- NO Pets
- Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control.
- Oceanfront Views: Marvel at breathtaking coastal vistas from the comfort of your private retreat, as each bedroom and the living room area showcase panoramic views of the azure sea.
- Versatile Sleeping Arrangements: Accommodate your entire party with ease, thanks to two king-size beds, a double bunk bed, a trundle, and a daybed - ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. Extra accommodations: queen sleeper sofa and a futon. Linens will not be provided for these additional beds so please bring from home!
