Tiki Tide Coastal Duplex - Your Paradise Awaits!
The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc.
- No smoking in or on-premises.
- NO Pets
- Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
- Location: Walking distance to the beach, offering easy access to coastal bliss.
- Entertainment Galore: Ground-level garage with Tiki Bar, darts, foosball table, bikes, sauna, grill, beach chairs, and toys.
- Parking Convenience: Plenty of space for 3 cars, ensuring hassle-free arrivals.
- Outdoor Refreshment: Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach adventures.
- Welcoming Interior: Open kitchen, living room, and dining area for a cozy atmosphere.
- Bedroom Bliss: Ground-level bedroom with a full-size/twin bunk bed and flat-screen TV.
- Masterful Upstairs: Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and individual TVs.
- Private Porch Relaxation: One master bedroom features its own porch for tranquil moments.
