- Lower-Level Retreat: Enjoy privacy with a separate entrance to the lower level, which boasts 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a second living room, creating an ideal space for relaxation.

- Enjoy unrestricted access to the pool throughout the year.
- Pool heater operational when average air temperatures reach around 55-60 degrees.
- Typically maintains water temperatures at 80-85 degrees from April to October, depending on air temperatures.
- Heating the pool incurs no extra charges.
- Pool water temperatures are subject to air temperatures; guarantees cannot be provided.
- Pools will not be heated from November 1 to March 23.
