The cleaning fee includes fresh towels and linens for your stay; however, we kindly ask that you bring your own beach or pool towels.
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials. However, here are a few additional items you may want to bring:

- Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
- For any additional cars or parking, you will need to park your car on the street and pay for additional parking.
- We’d like to let you know that the lower-level apartment is occasionally used by the owner. Rest assured, this space is not available to renters, so your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. The upper level where you'll be staying is all yours to enjoy, with its own separate entrance and amenities.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
