You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..
- No smoking in or on-premise.
- Pets allowed with an additional pet fee ($250 per pet).
Year-Round Pool Access with Seasonal Heating in Kure Beach Retreat
Open All Year:
- Newly updated 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom, 2 half bathroom oceanfront townhome.
- Bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
- Entertainment features: Foosball table, living room with a futon and flat-screen TV.
- Convenience: Kitchenette with sink and refrigerator, full bathroom.
- Abundant natural light and panoramic ocean views.
- Elegant features: Beautiful tiled floor, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
- Comfortable living: Spacious glass table in the living room.
- Two bedrooms:
- Oceanfront bedroom with its own deck and a queen-sized bed.
- Second bedroom with a bunk bed (full down, twin up).
- Shared jack and jill bathroom with individual sinks and toilets, and a shared shower.
- Spacious suite with a full bathroom, two sinks, a whirlpool tub, a queen-sized bed, and a full-sized bed.
- Incredible ocean views from the third and fourth floors.
- Walk to restaurants, fishing pier, arcade, gas station, and bars.
- Enjoy easy access to local amenities for a seamless vacation.
- Escape crowds with just the right distance from the beach (limited public parking).
- Stay close to Kure Beach's vibrant atmosphere while ensuring a peaceful retreat.
- Short drive to Carolina Beach's lively boardwalk, the NC Aquarium, and historic Fort Fisher.

- Pool heater operational when average air temperatures reach around 55-60 degrees.
- Typically maintains water temperatures at 80-85 degrees from April to October, depending on air temperatures.
- Heating the pool incurs no extra charges.
- Pool water temperatures are subject to air temperatures; guarantees cannot be provided.
- Pools will not be heated from November 1 to March 23.
