The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc.
- No smoking in or on-premises.
- NO Pets.
- Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
There is an option to also rent one of the other units located two doors down allowing you to have a larger group/ family gathering but spread out in two different units, see Scallop (115 Scallop Lane).

- Modern Comfort: Recently furnished, painted, and with new floors, the unit includes 3 large flat-screen TVs and high-speed WIFI for modern comfort.
- Perfect Location: Situated two blocks from restaurants and four blocks from the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Scallop offers proximity to local attractions.
- Local Charm: Explore the North End Café, just a few blocks north, for great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and incidentals.
- Comfortable Living Spaces: The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, reading chair, Roku TV, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a bunk bed. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch Roku TV and a sofa sleeper couch.
- Entertainment and Relaxation: Enjoy the dining table for six, extendable for more seating, and take advantage of board games and books provided throughout the unit.
- Ample Parking: Enjoy the convenience of an attached one-car garage and additional private parking for two cars on the side of the building.
